| I had some AEM pulleys on my Civic (one being the alternator) and I noticed that my one 500W amp would dim the headlights of the car (especially s/p? when the Flex-A-Lite radiator fan would come on). When I installed a 1 Farad Lightening Audio capacitor I immediately noticed that my subs hit harder and that the alternator could keep up with regular power draws from the accessories. Now will these small voltage stabalizers help? Probably not as they don't have much power handleing. I'd say if you're having issues with electrical drain. Get a grounding kit like CPark sells. Next up would be to check your battery just to make sure it isn't the weak point. If the alternator has never been replaced you could do that too. Finally, if you have amps for speakers, you should get a large capactior like those sold for stero systems. Honestly, I wouldn't get another amp without having a capacitor for it. I was amazed at the difference in the quality of sound.
